They say they're posting personal referrals to jobs right? As far as I know, there are no job ads, so all the content comes from the users, right? They wouldn't want "casual lookers" because what would be my incentive to post a job if I could view all the other jobs for "free" ahead of time? The reverse of your statement: I think the only time I WOULD bother to post a job was when I was actively looking for a new one and I thought I could get something out of it. This is assuming of course I got good jobs out of doing it. If I posted a referrals and saw only crap referrals once I got inside, I wouldn't come back.
