Blackberry Back Again

As I wrote in Blackberry Durability in Full Effect, I continue to be impressed with my Blackberry 8703’s toughness.


In this installment, I found an even longer escalator to drop my poor Blackberry down than the one at the Virginia Square Metro in suburban D.C.

This time I was sure I was done. Not only did the device take a massive spill but the battery cover and the battery itself went flying as well.

As I re-inserted the battery and waited patiently for my certain doom, I was thrilled to see the device come back to life with nary a glitch.

One word “WHEWWWW.” Thanks again RIM.
