Great piece on Yahoo’s incubator, Brickhouse, from the San Jose Mercury News. In the feature, they interview Yahoo executive, Bradley Horowitz, about the reason for Brickhouse’s existence, its purpose and its future.
So What? This is a great piece about why entrepreneurs have had good things to say about joining Yahoo, even after the joys of running their own ship. The thought they put into developing their talent, giving them room to run and try new things seems to be proving successful for the company.
